Fantastic studio in the central of Playa. This charming studio features a kitchen with stove and fridge, living room with tv and a dinning room area that flips up or down to access the queen size bed.

The Murphy bed is great as it gives you just that extra space during the day when you need it. The condo also features a large patio with sitting are and mosquito screens.

The view is superb has its high above the city, giving nice views and breezes!! Rooftop pool , BBQ, and gym also included.

The space is well distributed! Has queen bed, that converts into a murphy bed where a table folds down. This makes is great for the day, giving you a lot more space to use. The living room has a couch that also converts into a sofa bed, if your looking for comfort and a relaxing evening in-front of the tv.

There is also a desk/work space / bar to use beside the tv that make a great place to work from the condo.

The bathroom is complete and very open space, very usable area. The kitchen has stove and refrigerator and all the necessary items for cooking. There is no oven in the condo.

The patio is large and opens up on a nice view. Great place to chill and enjoy the afternoon.

Neighbourhood is very quiet! The condo is located on the north side of the building so it does not get hot and has a nice northern breeze. Make great for enjoying coffee on the patio and not getting burnt ever! Also the neighbourhood is safe and walking distance to all the popular restaurants, store, and bars.

Condo is within walking distance to 5th avenue, the beach, and super central to everything playa has to offer. Also 1 block from Mega Grocery story!

We will take a picture of the meter at check-in and another when you are about to depart to calculate your consumption (unless your stay is longer then a month, then we collect the electric at the end of each month). We will let you know the amount so we can collect the money in *CASH* before you leave. If you wish to pay through Airbnb there is a +16% tax.

CONDO SUPPLIES:
On the first night we provide a few rolls or toilet paper, trash bags and 30ml hotel size shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
Guests are required to purchase there own toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, cleaning products, laundry detergent and toiletry items for the remainder of their stay.
